I’m a reiki therapist, and I am completely turned off by holistic treatments hyped up with ridiculous exaggeration… Binaural beats aren’t miraculous spiritual healing techniques, they are a technique for biological manipulation with positive benefits…. Keep up the good work. I for one will be looking forward to watching more of your videos.

Okay…this was impressive. i tried it for the first time and i had a real vivid, quite positive dream. usually i do not dream at all. i was suprised how relaxing this sound is but i also had the feeling during the first minutes like my brain was cleansing from all kinds of rubbish thoughts and memories. i will try this out again for sure.

Thanks for this video. I usually listen to ASMR to help me fall asleep and while those work, I don’t wake up feeling nearly as rested as I did after my first time watching this video. I woke up and completely forgot I had even played the video! Today during my lunch hour, I put this on and relaxed for a nap and woke up feeling refreshed as opposed to the usual groggy feeling I have after my hour long desk naps. I feel very light, at ease, and clear headed! I work six days out of the week, doing various shifts, and prolonged rest is hard to come by so I’m glad to have found something that makes whatever sleep I do get the most beneficial.

Thank you for this! I also find binaural beats very helpful for sleeping, but hate all the extra hippie crap that people put on youtube. Many of them don’t even know what binaural means! Anyway, this is great for anyone with tinnitus or who likes falling asleep with some background noise.
