Hello! My name is Jody, and I fought insomnia for years. My whole family has it. Some of them take enough sleeping pills to knock out a horse — and then they’re scattered and tired all day!
I was never a fan of medicating my problems, and in 2003 I discovered binaural beats. I used them for years, loved the results, but couldn’t stand the cheesy music that companies always used to hide their secrets.
One day, I decided to make my own track for sleeping — totally transparent, honest, with no fluff to hide what I did. I tested them on myself and loved the results! Here’s what you get…
This track will bring you from the alert Beta state through the REM (dreaming) state to the super-relaxed Delta state. You’ll stay in Delta for 45 minutes then ease back into the REM state, to complete one full sleep cycle.

You’ll go from the alert Beta state (14 Hz) to the deep Delta state (4 Hz) over the course of 20 minutes. From there, you’ll slowly descend into the super-deep range (0.2 Hz) over the next 40 minutes.
This video is designed to help you fall asleep quickly, and sleep as deeply as possible, for one full sleep cycle.
Sleep cycles vary in length from person to person, but are generally 90 minutes in length. After that, you can take off your headphones, roll onto your side (or whatever makes you happy) and enjoy an excellent night of natural sleep.
Useful for when you wake up in the middle of the night and want to get back to sleep quickly.

You’ll start in the alert Beta state (14 Hz) and drop to the deepest Alpha range (8.1 Hz) over the course of 10 minutes, and stay there for 20 minutes.
You’ll begin in the post-waking Alpha state and progress into an alert Beta state within the first 10 minutes. If you aren’t up and out of bed by then, there’s an extra minutes 10 for more brain stimulation!
