It actually FREAKING works.
I have so much trouble sleeping sometimes, because, I'll admit it: I'm terribly addicted to my phone. I lay in bed for hours sometimes, scrolling through social media and other pointless crap. By the time I actually NEED to sleep, it'll be 4-5am. Boy, am I so glad I found this last night. It works. It actually FREAKING works. You're sleep saver! Good night!
